Colace and Metamucil - Self-explanatory
Hair ties - Thanks to these guys, the only maternity pants I've purchased are two pairs of jeans. They've kept me in regular work pants the entire time.
Vince riding pants - Oh, what dumb luck these were. I purchased them 2 years ago in what turned out to be a size too big and never bothered to return them or have them altered. They're finally paying off because I've worn them no less than 3 times a week since October. More substantial yet just as comfortable as leggings, these have been a pregnancy lifesaver.
Clarisonic - Becoming pregnant meant I had to give up my cocktail of adult acne medications. Based on the recommendation of my almost-sister-in-law, I gave this a shot. I'm not exaggerating when I say it's life-changing. I have no post-baby plans to refill any of my acne prescriptions!
Pregnancy journal - I've been keeping weekly updates since finding out I was pregnant. It's amazing how quickly I've already forgotten things from the 1st trimester.
L'Occitane Almond Skin Oil - Who knows whether or not it works, but it sure feels nice to cover those stretchmark-prone areas in this yummy-smelling oil.
Chipotle - To be specific (and because a certain father-to-be can never seem to remember), a vegetarian salad with extra veggies, black beans, mild salsa, hot salsa, light cheese, guacamole, sour cream on the side and a bag of chips.
WTE Pregnancy Tracker iPhone app - Weekly and daily updates that provide just enough information to be helpful and not overwhelming.
Systane eye drops - Who knew that dry eyes were a symptom of pregnancy? These come to the rescue every morning when I wake up to find mine dry, red, irritated and puffy.
tightbodwithapod.com - Such a bummer that this website has been down for the past few months. I used it mostly for the trimester-specific strength training workouts. If it ever gets back up and running, I highly recommend!
Moms and moms-to-be, anything else to add?

Even though I'm not pregnant, I've been wondering about the Clarisonic lately. I've seen it all over! I might just need to pick one up and ditch my prescription too!
Oh my gosh - I can't believe you made it through just using elastic ties! That's amazing. I'm just starting my second trimester and pretty much in full time maternity pants at this point. Trying to squeeze into my old pants was just too uncomfortable!
